Grace Serves – Sunday, September 2

This Labor Day weekend at Grace, we’ll be skipping the usual Sunday morning service and volunteering in the community for Grace Serves.

We’ll all meet at Grace at 10am, then we’ll break into two groups: one group do outside projects at Fox Road Elementary School, the other group will sort clothing donations at A Note in the Pocket. Both projects are at locations not far from Grace and will finish up by about 12pm.  Neither project has minimum age requirements, but group size at Note in the Pocket will be limited to 25 participants.

If you will be in town Labor Day weekend, please fill out a sign-up form (available at Grace) or email alicehenderson0515@gmail.com.

Side by Side – Saturday, September 15, 7pm

Grace’s very own Steve and Lisa Goldberg will present Side by Side: Our Journey From Hurt to Hope here at Grace on September 15. It is their story of redemption and restoration.  Steve and Lisa will share how God brought them out of the pit and into His arms.  It is a remarkable story of a wayward child returning to her heavenly Father and a Jewish man welcoming Jesus into his heart by way of a deeply troubled marriage. Steve and Lisa will openly share the details of their lives, supported by multiple relevant faith-based songs accompanied by guitar and piano.
