Hurricane Relief Service Opportunity

Grace is joining forces with the Baptists on Mission disaster relief group by mobilizing men, women and youth 6th grade and older to serve in Pender County on the third Saturday of each month. Groups will leave Raleigh at 6:30am, work until 3pm, and arrive back home by about 5pm. The work involves basic tasks such as pulling down drywall, removing nail heads and moving trash to the street for pickup. No training is necessary!

Upcoming dates are January 19 and February 16. If you’d like to help, please contact either Gary Greene at gkgreene@earthlink.net or 919-417-1698 or Tom Proctor at tproctor59@gmail.com or 919-630-0721.

Serve in Grace Kids

If you have resolved to volunteer more this year, here’s an easy and fun way! Several volunteer opportunities are available in our Grace Kids ministry in all areas, including the nursery, preschool rooms and elementary programs. Your commitment – just one hour each month (during either the 9am or 10:30am), until the end of the traditional-calendar school year.

Contact Grace Kids pastor Erin Winston at erinw@graceraleigh.org for details.
