Service Teams
Everything that happens at Grace would be impossible without volunteers. We need help teaching children, holding babies, greeting people, playing instruments and so much more! Service teams are the teams of volunteers that make Grace go. Different churches have different ways to serve. Here are ours:
-
First Impressions
These are the smiling faces that greet people as they walk in (Greeters), hand people a bulletin and help them find a seat (Ushers), or prepare a great cup of coffee for everyone before the service (Coffee Team). -
Grace Kids
This is our Kids Ministry – and currently our area of biggest need for new volunteers! These folks do everything from hold babies so parents can sit in the service in peace, to teaching a lesson to 4th and 5th graders. You don’t need to be a great speaker or teacher to help out in Grace Kids, you just need an hour on a Sunday morning and a heart for sharing Jesus with the next generation. If you love kids, we would love to have you partner with us here! -
Grace Students
This is our Student Ministry. There may be no more vital time in life than the years spent in middle school and high school. We need people to lead small groups, help with events, and help us with our weekly service. -
Worship & Tech
We are always looking for talented people to be a part of our band! We also welcome people who want to help with sound, lights, camera operation, or run the computer. -
Prayer Team
These are our prayer warriors. The members of the Prayer Team make sure that every need and prayer request in the church gets covered in prayer every week. -
Care Team
When someone is in the hospital, has a baby, experiences loss, or just has a need, this team of behind-the-scenes heroes rallies around them to give them the care they require. -
Safety Team
These brave souls stand in the lobby during the service and keep a vigilant eye on the church. In case of an emergency, medical or otherwise, these folks are our first responders.
